ALP30 Flux Sprayer

「ALP30  Main Application」

The device can quickly spray refining flux into Al melt, and can adjust 

the speed of the flux by adjusting different gas pressures, it can 

provide refining agent for small furnace or transfer ladles or for large 

melting furnace for rapid refining;

「ALP30 Technical Data」

1.The tank volume is about 25L;

2.The maximum pressure of the tank is 0.6MPa;

3.Total gas pressure 0.2 ≤ P ≤ 0.6 (MPa);

4.The pressure inside the tank is 0 ≤ P ≤ 0.16 (MPa);

5.Blowing pressure 0 ≤ P ≤ 0.25 (MPa);

6.Powder speed can be faster or lower by adjusting the pressure inside

  the tank;

7.By adjusting the pressure of the gas to control the speed of the flux

  powder.

8.With the degasser it can directly provides  refining agent to 

  crucibles.

「ALP30 Operation Steps」

1.Close the powder outlet valve first, then load the required refining 

  agent into the powder spray tank, and fasten the sealing cover to 

  ensure the seal is tight.

2.Close the gas circuit main switch on the tank and then connect the 

  gas to set the air pressure of the two channels on the tank (the 

  specific pressure needs to be set by the customer according to the 

  speed of the powder). After setting the air pressure, open the tank. 

  Turn on the main switch, after the gas pressure in the tank reaches 

  the set pressure, the powder valve is opened and the powder is sprayed 

  out. After the refining agent is sprayed out, then insert the refining 

  tube into the aluminum solution for refining.

3.After refining, firstly close the powder discharging valve, then take 

  the refining tube out of the aluminum molten pool, and then continue 

  to ventilate for 1 minute, blow out all the remaining refining agent 

  in the tube to prevent blockage, and then close the gas circuit main 

  switch on the tank.

4.If you need to open the lid of the tank, please manually depressurize 

  the tank first;

5.If it is necessary to clean the tank body, the can body lid can be 

  opened and then turned 180 degrees to pour out the flux agent in the 

  tank;
