This unit features fixed installation, 250 square tube
as support and dual-chain lift. The structure can be
customized as extra high and suspension extra long to
fit furnaces too high off the ground or with large
inner diameters.

ALP320 Fixed Type Square Column Degasser
ALP320 Main Application
ALP320 is a mechanical-electrical separated fixed type square column degasser equipped with dual-chain lift. Square column as support features a firmer structure, and dual-chain lift, smoother up & down. System is designed especially for extra high furnaces or furnaces placed on platforms. Electric control and degasser are separated for better control. Degassing medium: 99.996% pure nitrogen or argon, provided by gas center and gas cylinders can be set aside the degasser.
ALP300 Mechanical Parameters
1.The system adopts square columns as support, fixed type and immovable. Electric driven degassing arm and dual-chain driven lift.
2.Device height and travel distance can be customized on demand. This system is generally specialized for high-position furnaces.
3.Al Cable carrier protected power cords and gas pipes.
4.Rotor belt driven, speed from 0~600RPM, data display adjustable, time setting available and one button full-auto mode available.
5.Degassing arm can be manually lifted when power down.

ALP320 Degassing Principles
Inject pre-set quantity of inert gas into theALmet through rotating graphite shaft and rotor. The rotor disperses the inert gas into millions of small bubbles, evenly into the melt. Small inert gas bubbles capture hydrogen and nonmetallic impurities, then altogether flow to the melt surface.
